About
In My Best Health explores the areas of food, diet, fitness, sustainable and healthy living for a more lively planet. I currently live in Houston in a RV with a very earth friendly footprint on a small urban plot of land. Lived in an RV for over a year, but just purchased some great land and it happens to have a house on it. We have a small bit of land in a rural setting outside of town we visit on weekends, but not close enough for a commute. In the meantime, we are working at making our very urban lifestyle consistent with our ideas and goals.
Goals for 2010 are to grow a bit of our own food, buy local, continue to eat organic, local and exercise consistently. Let us know how you are living in your best health!
Me. more? Oh, okay. I have a degree in Business Finance from Texas Wesleyan University and a Master of Architecture from UT Arlington. I taught architecture at PVAMU and UH in the late 90′s through 2002. I have practiced Architecture, managed projects for Creative Learning and helped build technology for non-profits. Now I help clients build great websites that are found by Search Engines.
I have passionate interests in safety, preparedness, technology and how it improves our life, and how I can live simply and without gadgets that remove me from honoring the process of making things.
